- No red tape as it is with no limits [No rejections, all ideas accepted].

- Involve eminent people from various walks of life to facilitate in research and guidance.

How?
Spreading the message –
Intrapersonal communication method shall be the primary mode of communication. The other modes of communication with the best mix shall support the primary mode of communication. The vast dealer and office network of Mahindra & Mahindra can be utilised.

Allow eminent people to make a study and make necessary changes.
In some cases train the people behind the idea to make it a workable solution.
Encourage a sense of identification, which can result in a sense of making a difference. This can have direct impact on effort and efficiency.
